环氧地坪破损是工厂常见的问题，特别是在有载重车辆和叉车行走的车间地面。不管是何种地面在长久的使用中总会遇到。避免破损扩大造成更大的损失，对于小面积的修补技术掌握非常有必要，延长使用时间，更节省全面翻修成本。环氧地坪是一种装饰和功能都极为良好的一种地面，但是由于使用、保养、施工、使用年限等一些原因会使环氧地坪出现破损的情况一般的东升环氧地坪破损原因有以下几个方面：

1、由于客户对环氧地坪使用知识的缺乏而造成的凹坑、破损、划伤，轨轮碾压的痕迹等。

2、基层基础差造成的层间剥离，空鼓，建筑结构膨胀缝的拉伸造成的开裂，及防水不当造成的水臌等。

3、化学药品腐蚀等造成的损害，主要有发黄，发黑、各种顽渍等。

破损的环氧地坪如果要修复的话，直接将环氧层先打磨干净，然后在上面施工硬化地坪，让原先的地面的硬度、强度都得到提高，地坪修复后的环氧地面寿命不仅延长，耐磨性还得到提高。哪么环氧地坪破损了,该怎么修补呢?

修补方法有四种：

1.喷涂修补法

长处：喷涂法修补具有其他办法不行比较的长处，修补后痕迹较小、美丽度好，节省资料。

缺陷：施工难度较大，对施工人员的需求较高，需求有专业的喷涂设备。

2.点补法

点补法修补是现阶段最常用的一种办法，大多数施工人员修补破损环氧地坪均选用此办法。

Point repair is the most commonly used method at this stage, and most of the constructors choose this method to repair the damaged epoxy floor. 

长处：施工进程简略、易于把握，原资料用量较小。

Advantages: the construction process is simple and easy to grasp, and the raw material consumption is small. 

缺陷：修补痕迹显着、不美丽、有高度差。

Defect: repair marks are significant, not beautiful and highly poor. 

3.全体隐瞒法

3. total concealment method 

长处：美丽美丽。

Strengths: beautiful and beautiful. 

缺陷：本钱较高，仅适用于较小空间腐蚀较重区域。

Defects: the cost is high, and it is only suitable for small space corrosive areas. 

施工工序同环氧树脂新地上相似，不赘述。

4.玻璃钢工法等

适用范围：建筑结构胀大缝等裂缝较长部位。

1.底层处置：现将裂缝处切开V字型开口，用吸尘器吸去浮灰。

修补后的地面具备以下优点：1、粘接牢固不脱落；2、强度高、耐磨性好；3、平整、美观；4、可作为最终面层使用，也可继续进行后道地坪施工。

注意：膜厚不是很厚的情况下，只要油漆性质相同，就是可以补涂的。建议先选一小块地坪漆做一下补涂试验，等油漆表干以后看看有没有开裂，皱皮等油漆毛病的出现，如果没有，那么就可以补涂了，不会开裂。修补前要仔细处理被破坏的地坪漆，破坏处与完好处要有一个平滑的过度，这样修补完了才有完整性。

Note: when the film thickness is not very thick, as long as the paint is of the same nature, it can be applied. It is suggested that a small piece of floor paint should be selected for repairing test, and after the paint surface is dry, see if there are cracks, wrinkles and other paint defects. If not, then it can be repaired and will not crack. Before repairing, the damaged floor paint should be carefully handled. There should be a smooth transition between the damaged and intact areas, so that the repaired area can be complete.
