停炉后的热风炉，锅内潮湿积水，炉体外部有烟灰炉渣的侵蚀和锈蚀，如保养不好，停炉期间的腐蚀往往比运行时更为严重。那么热风炉停炉后如何维护保养？ 据铭源石化技术人员介绍，热风炉停炉后的维护保养，分为炉体外部和锅内的防腐保养。锅内的防腐保养，按停炉时间长短有干法保养和湿法保养两种。 在热风炉长期停用时，应十分注意炉体外部的防腐保养问题。首先在热风炉停炉冷却后，必须彻底清除受热面的积灰和炉排上部、炉体下部的灰渣。

How to maintain the hot stove after shutdown? According to Mingyuan Petrochemical technicians, the maintenance of hot blast stove after shutdown can be divided into external and internal anti-corrosion maintenance. In the pot, there are two kinds of anticorrosive maintenance: dry maintenance and wet maintenance. When the hot stove is out of service for a long time, the problem of anticorrosion and maintenance should be paid much attention to. Firstly, after the stoppage and cooling of the hot blast stove, the ash deposit on the heating surface and the ash slag on the upper part of the grate and the lower part of the furnace body must be thoroughly removed. 然后要保持烟道有一定的自然通风。一般情况下，为了防潮应在炉膛、烟道中放置干燥剂。如以生石灰作为干燥剂，则每立方米炉膛或烟道内一般应放置3kg左右。放置后应严密关闭所有的通风门。生石灰变粉后要更换。如热风炉房位置低洼，停炉期间地面泛潮严重时，则应采用经常小火烘烤和放置干燥剂相结合的办法。如果热风炉停炉时间很长，在彻底清除烟灰后在炉体金属外表面涂以红丹油或其它防腐漆。至于炉体内部停炉的防腐保养方法，则要按停炉时间的长短来定。一般情况下，停炉不超过一个月的可用湿法保养，一个月以上的应采取干法保养。

If the hot blast stove has been shut down for a long time, red red oil or other anticorrosive paint shall be applied on the outer surface of the furnace body metal after thorough removal of soot. As for the furnace's internal anticorrosive maintenance method, it should be determined according to the length of the furnace. Generally, wet maintenance is available for no more than one month after stopping the furnace, and dry maintenance should be adopted for more than one month.

干法保养时要注意以下几点问题：干燥剂不要直接接触热风炉金属表面，可装在铁盘等容器内；放置干燥剂后，要关严手孔和其它孔盖，汽、水管道上的阀门必须截断；生石灰变粉应及时更换。而采用湿法保养时，要注意炉水最好用凝结水，其次可用原有的炉水，再次是软化水；加碱后，炉水用微火加热至80 100℃压力升至2 3表压后保护2 3小时，使其循环达到炉水碱度均衡，压力降低时，再把炉水加满，造成1．5 4表压，并在整个保养期间一直保持这个压力，碱度应定期化验，降低时，应随时补充；冬天，湿法保养要注意防冻，特别是排污通道和省煤器部分；热风炉重新使用前应全部放出锅内碱水，最好备储液池，以利再用。同时须用净水冲洗。

In dry maintenance, the following points should be paid attention to: the desiccant should not directly contact the metal surface of the hot blast stove, but can be installed in containers such as iron plates; after placing the desiccant, the hand holes and other hole caps should be closed, the valves in steam and water pipes must be cut off; and the lime powder should be replaced in time. When using wet maintenance, we should pay attention to the best use of condensate water, followed by the original furnace water and softening water; after adding alkali, the furnace water is heated to 80,100 C by micro-fire and the pressure rises to 23 gauge pressures to protect 23 hours, so that the circulation reaches the equilibrium of the alkalinity of the furnace water. When the pressure decreases, the furnace water is filled up again, resulting in 1.54 gauge pressures. The pressure should be maintained throughout the maintenance period, alkalinity should be tested regularly, and should be supplemented whenever it is reduced; in winter, wet maintenance should pay attention to anti-freezing, especially the sewage passage and economizer parts; hot blast stove should release all the alkali water in the pot before reuse, and it is better to reserve the liquid storage tank for reuse. At the same time, rinse with clean water.
