水性环氧地坪漆为多相体系,环氧树脂和固化剂以分散相形式分散在水相中,交联固化过程是在水分蒸发的过程中微粒之间的相互渗透内部扩散交联反应过程,因此水性环氧地坪漆的固化程度取决于以下四个因素:a)相容性:水性环氧树脂与水性环氧固化剂的相容性越好,越有利于固化剂微粒与环氧树脂微粒相互内部扩散,有利于固化反应的进行;
