环氧地坪施工的基础地面是表面水分含量≤8%才可以施工。如果没有地面处理，直接在上面做环氧地坪，会起水泡，经过一段时候的话会大面积脱落。如地面潮湿需要做环氧地坪，可以这样进行地面的处理：
